In a traditional 60-minute therapy session you can expect a structured yet flexible conversation tailored to your needs and goals. These sessions typically begin with a check-in, sharing updates or concerns since our last meeting. You can expect to explore your thoughts emotions and behaviors while introducing coping strategies and/or therapeutic interventions. You may engage in self-reflection, problem-solving skill-building exercises to address challenges like stress, anxiety, dysregulation or relationship issues. Sessions often conclude by summarizing key insights and setting intentions for your continued progress. (Please note that time will be needed towards the end of the session to reschedule.)
